Because every plastic generation differs, the final artwork is prepared only after the correct bike information is confirmed.
HYPER SURGE fit and personalisation
HYPER SURGE follows a made-to-fit workflow. You provide the Honda specification and personal details; we select the relevant panel geometry and adapt the graphic elements around it. Changes in scale or spacing are intentional when needed for a different CRF year, not evidence of a different design.
21 mil layered motocross material
For a substantial MX finish, the artwork is printed on aggressive 6 mil film and sealed below 15 mil of clear laminate. The total is close to 21 mil. Air channels make initial placement more manageable, and the laminate acts as the main barrier against abrasion, ultraviolet exposure and repeated wash cycles.
Compatible kit coverage
Depending on the submitted bike, HYPER SURGE can include graphics for radiator shrouds, front and side number boards, airbox sections, both fenders, fork guards and suitable swingarm areas. Rider name and number personalisation are included. Optional logos need usable artwork and permission to reproduce them.
Preparation and colour note
Fit HYPER SURGE in a clean environment on plastics that have been stripped of old adhesive and oily products. Check every reference point before committing the high-tack film, then use even pressure and limited heat. Real laminate, ink and ambient light can produce colour differences from a digital mock-up.
