Review a design proof before production
You receive a design proof for review before the graphics enter production. Check the spelling of the rider name, race number, colours, logos and bike information carefully. If something needs to change, reply with clear notes in one message. Production starts only after the proof is approved, so your approval confirms that the visible details are correct.
Production normally takes 3 to 5 business days after payment, receipt of all required motorcycle and personalisation details, and design approval where required. Delivery after dispatch may take up to 14 calendar days. Complex changes or missing order information can extend the process.
21 mil layered material for motocross use
MXkits motocross graphics use a 21 mil layered material designed for demanding motorcycle applications. The layered construction combines the printed design, protective surface and adhesive system into a substantial decal made for motocross plastics. Correct surface preparation remains essential. Plastics should be clean, dry and free from grease, silicone, fuel residue and old adhesive before installation.
Take time to align every panel before applying pressure. Working gradually helps avoid trapped air and keeps edges positioned correctly. Fresh plastics generally provide the best installation surface, while deeply scratched or contaminated plastics can reduce adhesion.
