POLAR RALLY fit and personalisation
POLAR RALLY follows a made-to-fit workflow. You provide the Honda specification and personal details; we select the relevant panel geometry and adapt the graphic elements around it. Changes in scale or spacing are intentional when needed for a different CRF year, not evidence of a different design.
21 mil layered motocross material
A high-adhesion 6 mil base holds the printed colour, and a separate 15 mil clear laminate protects it. This brings the graphic stack to roughly 21 mil. The system is selected for motorcycle plastics, where edges, impact, grime and regular washing demand more protection than standard sign vinyl provides.
Compatible kit coverage
A POLAR RALLY order is prepared to make the separate Honda panels read as one kit. Compatible coverage normally links shrouds and number boards with airbox, fender, fork guard and swingarm graphics. Rider name and number customisation are standard parts of the brief, not last-minute additions.
Preparation and colour note
Lay out the POLAR RALLY pieces before fitting and verify that every panel is clean. Initial contact should be light enough to correct position; final pressure comes after edges and reference points agree. Moderate heat can assist tight curves, but should not replace careful alignment. Monitor settings cannot represent physical ink and laminate perfectly.
