A Honda wearing POLAR SURGE gains a coordinated teal black appearance without losing the practical clarity needed from race graphics. Personalisation is part of the composition from the beginning. The layout is not simply enlarged or reduced, because every submitted model and year requires its own panel decisions.
POLAR SURGE fit and personalisation
POLAR SURGE is made to order from the motorcycle information supplied at checkout. Model, year, capacity, name and number are used to select the correct outlines and rebuild the spacing. This model-specific process is important because similar-looking CRF plastics can still have different cuts and fixing points.
21 mil layered motocross material
Each piece combines a 6 mil printable adhesive layer with a clear 15 mil protective top layer. The finished thickness is close to 21 mil, which is appropriate for motocross plastics rather than light indoor decoration. The laminate helps preserve the surface against grime, sun and the repeated contact expected around a dirt bike.
Compatible kit coverage
POLAR SURGE extends beyond a single decal into a model-dependent set for the major compatible plastics. The typical arrangement covers plates, shrouds, airbox, fenders, forks and swingarm areas. Rider identity is built into the graphics. We avoid reproducing restricted marks without valid customer rights and suitable files.
Preparation and colour note
Lay out the POLAR SURGE pieces before fitting and verify that every panel is clean. Initial contact should be light enough to correct position; final pressure comes after edges and reference points agree. Moderate heat can assist tight curves, but should not replace careful alignment. Monitor settings cannot represent physical ink and laminate perfectly.
