ROYAL SURGE is a Honda graphics direction built around black charcoal. It keeps the motorcycle’s identity clear while giving the plastics a purposeful custom finish. The rider number remains easy to recognise, and the design name provides the visual theme without relying on borrowed team branding or crowded sponsor copy.
ROYAL SURGE fit and personalisation
Before ROYAL SURGE reaches the printer, the bike information is reviewed against the available plastic templates. The Honda model, production year and engine size guide the outlines, while the rider name and race number guide the hierarchy. This is how the personalised parts remain readable on the finished motorcycle.
21 mil layered motocross material
For a substantial MX finish, the artwork is printed on aggressive 6 mil film and sealed below 15 mil of clear laminate. The total is close to 21 mil. Air channels make initial placement more manageable, and the laminate acts as the main barrier against abrasion, ultraviolet exposure and repeated wash cycles.
Compatible kit coverage
The ROYAL SURGE package is planned across the main compatible plastic surfaces rather than one isolated panel. Typical coverage includes shrouds, number plates, airbox panels, front and rear fenders, fork guards and swingarm positions. Personal details are integrated during design; restricted third-party marks are not copied.
Preparation and colour note
Preparation should be completed before opening the ROYAL SURGE pieces. Remove contamination, compare the panels with the kit and establish alignment points. Apply with steady pressure, using controlled warmth at shaped sections. Expect slight variation between the illuminated preview and the physical colours viewed outdoors.
