VOLTAGE RALLY is a Honda graphics direction built around grey black. It keeps the motorcycle’s identity clear while giving the plastics a purposeful custom finish. The rider number remains easy to recognise, and the design name provides the visual theme without relying on borrowed team branding or crowded sponsor copy.
VOLTAGE RALLY fit and personalisation
Every VOLTAGE RALLY order is connected to a specific motorcycle rather than a generic Honda silhouette. We use the model, year and engine capacity to identify the panel set. Rider information is placed after that step, which keeps important text away from folds, fasteners and trimmed edges.
21 mil layered motocross material
Printing is completed on a 6 mil high-tack vinyl, followed by a 15 mil transparent laminate for an overall build of about 21 mil. Air-release channels reduce trapped air during careful fitting. Once installed on properly cleaned plastics, the layers protect against UV, mud, washing and routine abrasion.
Compatible kit coverage
The selected Honda determines which VOLTAGE RALLY pieces are produced. Common panels include radiator shrouds, front and side boards, airbox, fenders, fork protection and swingarm sections. The ordered name and race number are included. Non-standard logos can be considered when clear authorised artwork is available.
Preparation and colour note
Lay out the VOLTAGE RALLY pieces before fitting and verify that every panel is clean. Initial contact should be light enough to correct position; final pressure comes after edges and reference points agree. Moderate heat can assist tight curves, but should not replace careful alignment. Monitor settings cannot represent physical ink and laminate perfectly.
