Before ALPINE AXIS reaches the printer, the bike information is reviewed against the available plastic templates. The Honda model, production year and engine size guide the outlines, while the rider name and race number guide the hierarchy. 21 mil layered motocross material
Each piece combines a 6 mil printable adhesive layer with a clear 15 mil protective top layer. The finished thickness is close to 21 mil, which is appropriate for motocross plastics rather than light indoor decoration. The laminate helps preserve the surface against grime, sun and the repeated contact expected around a dirt bike.
Compatible kit coverage
Rather than stopping at the number boards, ALPINE AXIS is intended to carry the visual theme over the main compatible bodywork. Shrouds, airbox panels, fenders, fork guards and swingarm areas can join the front and side plates. Your chosen name and number are included in the design service.
Preparation and colour note
The best starting surface for ALPINE AXIS is clean, dry and free of wax, silicone or glue residue. Position each section without rushing, then press progressively and warm only the areas that need help around curves. Printed material can never match every phone or monitor setting exactly.
