No universal sheet is pulled from stock: sizing and placement are prepared around the motorcycle information entered for the order.
ARCTIC AXIS fit and personalisation
ARCTIC AXIS follows a made-to-fit workflow. You provide the Honda specification and personal details; we select the relevant panel geometry and adapt the graphic elements around it. Changes in scale or spacing are intentional when needed for a different CRF year, not evidence of a different design.
21 mil layered motocross material
The 21 mil specification is achieved through a layered system rather than one heavy sheet. A 6 mil aggressive adhesive film provides print and bond, while a 15 mil clear overlaminate supplies surface protection. That balance supports colour, controlled installation and durability through ordinary off-road riding conditions.
Compatible kit coverage
ARCTIC AXIS is arranged for full compatible coverage, with the actual components governed by the Honda model and plastics. The usual set combines shrouds, number panels, airbox sections, both fenders, fork guards and swingarm decals. Personalisation is included; protected marks require appropriate authorisation.
Preparation and colour note
Preparation should be completed before opening the ARCTIC AXIS pieces. Remove contamination, compare the panels with the kit and establish alignment points. Apply with steady pressure, using controlled warmth at shaped sections. Expect slight variation between the illuminated preview and the physical colours viewed outdoors.
