ARCTIC RALLY fit and personalisation
Before ARCTIC RALLY reaches the printer, the bike information is reviewed against the available plastic templates. The Honda model, production year and engine size guide the outlines, while the rider name and race number guide the hierarchy. This is how the personalised parts remain readable on the finished motorcycle.
21 mil layered motocross material
Printing is completed on a 6 mil high-tack vinyl, followed by a 15 mil transparent laminate for an overall build of about 21 mil. Air-release channels reduce trapped air during careful fitting. Once installed on properly cleaned plastics, the layers protect against UV, mud, washing and routine abrasion.
Compatible kit coverage
Piece count and shape vary by motorcycle, but ARCTIC RALLY is designed around the main race-visible surfaces. That can include number plates, radiator panels, airbox sections, fenders, fork guards and swingarm graphics. Custom name and number work are included, subject to the space offered by each template.
Preparation and colour note
A sound ARCTIC RALLY installation begins with surface preparation: no oil, polish, fuel residue or previous adhesive should remain. Establish the position before full pressure and use warmth conservatively around difficult geometry. The laminate finish and surrounding light may shift colour appearance compared with the product image.
