ATOMIC RALLY uses red black to give Honda bodywork a deliberate custom identity. The visual priority is the rider’s number, supported by consistent colour across the main panels. No universal sheet is pulled from stock: sizing and placement are prepared around the motorcycle information entered for the order.
ATOMIC RALLY fit and personalisation
Honda plastics vary enough that a universal outline would compromise the result. ATOMIC RALLY is therefore rebuilt on the template matching the submitted model and year. Capacity, rider name and race number complete the brief, allowing the personalised areas to be sized for the actual panels.
21 mil layered motocross material
The graphics are built from 6 mil air-release adhesive vinyl and a 15 mil clear overlaminate. At approximately 21 mil overall, the construction adds protection without changing the underlying plastic fit. It helps the printed surface stand up to sunlight, dirt impact, normal cleaning and contact around the rider’s boots.
Compatible kit coverage
A ATOMIC RALLY order is prepared to make the separate Honda panels read as one kit. Compatible coverage normally links shrouds and number boards with airbox, fender, fork guard and swingarm graphics. Rider name and number customisation are standard parts of the brief, not last-minute additions.
Preparation and colour note
For ATOMIC RALLY to settle correctly, apply it to dry plastics free of oil, wax, silicone and old adhesive. Establish alignment before the high-tack layer is pressed down, then move across the panel in controlled strokes. Avoid unnecessary stretching. A digital preview and laminated print can show small, normal colour differences.
