AZURE ZENITH fit and personalisation
A AZURE ZENITH order moves from bike identification to artwork, not the other way around. The Honda model, year, capacity and any non-standard plastics are checked first. Only then are the name and number set into the available areas. This keeps the design recognisable while respecting the selected bodywork.
21 mil layered motocross material
The 21 mil specification is achieved through a layered system rather than one heavy sheet. A 6 mil aggressive adhesive film provides print and bond, while a 15 mil clear overlaminate supplies surface protection. That balance supports colour, controlled installation and durability through ordinary off-road riding conditions.
Compatible kit coverage
Depending on the submitted bike, AZURE ZENITH can include graphics for radiator shrouds, front and side number boards, airbox sections, both fenders, fork guards and suitable swingarm areas. Rider name and number personalisation are included. Optional logos need usable artwork and permission to reproduce them.
Preparation and colour note
Before AZURE ZENITH is fitted, the Honda bodywork should be free of grease, wax, silicone and adhesive residue. Mark useful alignment points and avoid forcing a piece that has drifted off position. Low, controlled heat helps with curves. Slight screen-to-print colour changes are part of the physical production process.
