With black red as its foundation, CARBON AXIS turns the Honda plastics into a consistent personal race identity. The graphics are arranged to support the chosen number and rider name. Since panel geometry changes across models and years, the delivered version can differ in spacing from the motorcycle shown.
CARBON AXIS fit and personalisation
Production files for CARBON AXIS are created only after the bike is identified precisely. We check model, year and engine capacity, then integrate the rider information into the matching outlines. If plastics have been changed from standard, that should be mentioned so the correct basis can be confirmed.
21 mil layered motocross material
The graphics are built from 6 mil air-release adhesive vinyl and a 15 mil clear overlaminate. At approximately 21 mil overall, the construction adds protection without changing the underlying plastic fit. It helps the printed surface stand up to sunlight, dirt impact, normal cleaning and contact around the rider’s boots.
Compatible kit coverage
CARBON AXIS extends beyond a single decal into a model-dependent set for the major compatible plastics. The typical arrangement covers plates, shrouds, airbox, fenders, forks and swingarm areas. Rider identity is built into the graphics. We avoid reproducing restricted marks without valid customer rights and suitable files.
Preparation and colour note
Take time with the CARBON AXIS application. Start from clean plastics, verify orientation and let the air-release channels support a gradual press-down. Heat can soften the film around shaped areas, but excess temperature or stretching can distort it. Physical colour should be judged under real light, not from one screen alone.
