Accuracy starts with complete bike details. Once the Honda designation, year and capacity are received, CARBON TRACK is adjusted for the corresponding shrouds and number panels. The rider name and chosen number are then balanced within those boundaries, with a proof available before production.
21 mil layered motocross material
Beneath the finished design is a 6 mil adhesive print film; over the top is a 15 mil clear protective laminate. Their approximate 21 mil combined thickness gives the kit a firm, professional feel. It is designed to cope with the dirt, sunlight and repeated cleaning that a motocross motorcycle encounters.
Compatible kit coverage
CARBON TRACK links the panels that matter most when the motorcycle is viewed on track. Depending on model, that means front and side number areas, shrouds, airbox pieces, fenders, fork guards and swingarm faces. Personalisation is part of the package. Requested third-party branding must be lawful to reproduce and technically usable.
Preparation and colour note
Clean installation matters as much as the material. Prepare the Honda panels thoroughly, align CARBON TRACK before pressing and work patiently across each shape. Moderate heat should be reserved for curves and edges. Because monitors emit light while print reflects it, small colour variation is expected.
