Every CARBON ZENITH order is connected to a specific motorcycle rather than a generic Honda silhouette. We use the model, year and engine capacity to identify the panel set. Rider information is placed after that step, which keeps important text away from folds, fasteners and trimmed edges.
21 mil layered motocross material
The material is a two-part 21 mil system: roughly 6 mil of high-tack printable vinyl plus 15 mil of premium clear protection. It is intended for prepared off-road plastics. The combination supports strong colour and gives the face of the decal a durable shield against roost, dirt, sun and normal maintenance.
Compatible kit coverage
The available CARBON ZENITH pieces are determined by the selected plastic set. In most cases the kit reaches the shrouds, front plate, side plates, airbox, fenders, fork guards and swingarm zones. Rider details are included in the layout. Extra logos are reviewed for file quality and reproduction rights.
Preparation and colour note
Treat surface preparation as the first stage of the CARBON ZENITH installation. Remove glue, grease and detailing residue, let the panels dry and check orientation before applying pressure. Work gradually so air channels can function, adding only gentle warmth on shaped sections. Printed colour may shift slightly between indoor light, daylight and a calibrated screen.
