Since panel geometry changes across models and years, the delivered version can differ in spacing from the motorcycle shown.
CHROME SURGE fit and personalisation
Correct templates are essential to the finished CHROME SURGE kit. Supply the precise Honda designation, production year, engine size, rider name and number. Those details let us match the plastic generation and refine the composition around its edges, vents and fixing points instead of assuming every CRF uses identical panels.
21 mil layered motocross material
We print on a 6 mil adhesive base designed to hold on prepared motorcycle plastics. A premium 15 mil clear laminate seals the printed surface, bringing the total build to roughly 21 mil. The result feels substantially different from thin decorative vinyl and is prepared for mud, washing, sunlight and boot rub.
Compatible kit coverage
Rather than stopping at the number boards, CHROME SURGE is intended to carry the visual theme over the main compatible bodywork. Shrouds, airbox panels, fenders, fork guards and swingarm areas can join the front and side plates. Your chosen name and number are included in the design service.
Preparation and colour note
Before CHROME SURGE is fitted, the Honda bodywork should be free of grease, wax, silicone and adhesive residue. Mark useful alignment points and avoid forcing a piece that has drifted off position. Low, controlled heat helps with curves. Slight screen-to-print colour changes are part of the physical production process.
