The preview shows the design direction, while the finished set is built for the exact motorcycle. Send the complete Honda model, production year and engine capacity, together with the rider name and chosen race number. We place the artwork on the correct templates and check vents, fasteners and panel joins before production.
The print is produced on aggressive 6 mil adhesive vinyl with air-release channels and protected with a premium 15 mil clear overlaminate. At approximately 21 mil combined thickness, the material has a firm feel and helps the surface resist sunlight, washing, dirt impact and abrasion.
Compatible coverage can include radiator shrouds, front and side number boards, airbox panels, front and rear fenders, fork guards and swingarm areas. Rider name and number customisation are included. Extra marks are considered only when suitable artwork and permission are available.
Before fitting, remove old adhesive and clean the plastics until no grease, wax or silicone remains. Align each piece carefully and use moderate warmth only where curves require it. Printed colours may differ slightly from a backlit screen.
