red black set the tone for DIGITAL RALLY, a custom Honda decal package intended to look coherent from the front fender through to the rear side panels. Number visibility stays central to the layout. Because every plastic generation differs, the final artwork is prepared only after the correct bike information is confirmed.
DIGITAL RALLY fit and personalisation
Every DIGITAL RALLY order is connected to a specific motorcycle rather than a generic Honda silhouette. We use the model, year and engine capacity to identify the panel set. Rider information is placed after that step, which keeps important text away from folds, fasteners and trimmed edges.
21 mil layered motocross material
Each piece combines a 6 mil printable adhesive layer with a clear 15 mil protective top layer. The finished thickness is close to 21 mil, which is appropriate for motocross plastics rather than light indoor decoration. The laminate helps preserve the surface against grime, sun and the repeated contact expected around a dirt bike.
Compatible kit coverage
The goal is a connected DIGITAL RALLY finish across all suitable panels. Coverage generally reaches the radiator shrouds, front and side number zones, airbox, fenders, fork protectors and swingarm. The rider name and race number are part of the design, not separate generic labels placed on top.
Preparation and colour note
Before DIGITAL RALLY is fitted, the Honda bodywork should be free of grease, wax, silicone and adhesive residue. Mark useful alignment points and avoid forcing a piece that has drifted off position. Low, controlled heat helps with curves. Slight screen-to-print colour changes are part of the physical production process.
