A clean fit depends on more than the brand name. DIGITAL TRACK is prepared after the exact CRF model, year and capacity are confirmed, together with the name and number. The design can move slightly between generations so that its recognisable character survives without forcing artwork across unsuitable panel areas.
21 mil layered motocross material
The graphics are built from 6 mil air-release adhesive vinyl and a 15 mil clear overlaminate. At approximately 21 mil overall, the construction adds protection without changing the underlying plastic fit. It helps the printed surface stand up to sunlight, dirt impact, normal cleaning and contact around the rider’s boots.
Compatible kit coverage
Depending on the submitted bike, DIGITAL TRACK can include graphics for radiator shrouds, front and side number boards, airbox sections, both fenders, fork guards and suitable swingarm areas. Rider name and number personalisation are included. Optional logos need usable artwork and permission to reproduce them.
Preparation and colour note
The best starting surface for DIGITAL TRACK is clean, dry and free of wax, silicone or glue residue. Position each section without rushing, then press progressively and warm only the areas that need help around curves. Printed material can never match every phone or monitor setting exactly.
