Built around black charcoal, the FALCON SURGE concept is intended to make a Honda feel personal from every normal viewing angle. It gives the number and name priority, then uses the remaining surfaces to hold the bike together visually. The reference motorcycle demonstrates the idea, not a universal cut pattern, because each order is tied to its own plastics.
FALCON SURGE fit and personalisation
The preview does not mean one shape fits every Honda. For FALCON SURGE, the submitted model and year are matched with the appropriate template, then the rider details are positioned around the real bodywork. Engine size also helps prevent a visually similar but incompatible plastic generation from being selected.
21 mil layered motocross material
Each piece combines a 6 mil printable adhesive layer with a clear 15 mil protective top layer. The finished thickness is close to 21 mil, which is appropriate for motocross plastics rather than light indoor decoration. The laminate helps preserve the surface against grime, sun and the repeated contact expected around a dirt bike.
Compatible kit coverage
Piece count and shape vary by motorcycle, but FALCON SURGE is designed around the main race-visible surfaces. That can include number plates, radiator panels, airbox sections, fenders, fork guards and swingarm graphics. Custom name and number work are included, subject to the space offered by each template.
Preparation and colour note
Treat surface preparation as the first stage of the FALCON SURGE installation. Remove glue, grease and detailing residue, let the panels dry and check orientation before applying pressure. Work gradually so air channels can function, adding only gentle warmth on shaped sections. Printed colour may shift slightly between indoor light, daylight and a calibrated screen.
