Honda FROSTLINE Graphics Kit uses light panels as the foundation, then adds red and black only where they define the edge of the Honda plastics. The result feels quick and clean, with a number area that stays visible instead of disappearing into a dense collection of marks.
We make the set around the motorcycle information provided with the order. Send the complete CRF model, production year, engine size, rider name and race number. From there, the layout is adapted for the correct shrouds and number boards. Small changes in angle or proportion may be required for different model years, although the Frostline balance of white, red and black is kept intact.
Under the print is a 6 mil high-tack film with air-release technology. Over it sits a premium 15 mil clear laminate, bringing the total thickness to approximately 21 mil. That layered construction is intended for off-road use and helps the colour and surface stand up to washing, sunlight, abrasion and repeated exposure to dirt.
The complete design can cover compatible shrouds, number plates, airbox sections, fenders, fork guards and swingarm areas. Personalisation is already part of the product. If you need other permitted marks, send clear artwork and placement notes after ordering so they can be considered during the proof stage.
Prepare the bike with clean, dry plastics. Old glue, fuel residue, oils, polish and silicone-based products should be removed before application. Gentle heat can help around difficult curves, but the material should not be overstretched. Printed vinyl can look slightly different from a backlit screen, and every Frostline kit is produced specifically for the submitted Honda.
