Before GHOST SURGE reaches the printer, the bike information is reviewed against the available plastic templates. The Honda model, production year and engine size guide the outlines, while the rider name and race number guide the hierarchy. This is how the personalised parts remain readable on the finished motorcycle.
21 mil layered motocross material
The graphics are built from 6 mil air-release adhesive vinyl and a 15 mil clear overlaminate. At approximately 21 mil overall, the construction adds protection without changing the underlying plastic fit. It helps the printed surface stand up to sunlight, dirt impact, normal cleaning and contact around the rider’s boots.
Compatible kit coverage
For the chosen plastic generation, GHOST SURGE is supplied across the main compatible components rather than as one small accent. Coverage commonly spans plates, radiator panels, airbox sections, both fenders, fork protectors and swingarm zones. The name and race number are incorporated during setup, with extra artwork assessed separately.
Preparation and colour note
Clean installation matters as much as the material. Prepare the Honda panels thoroughly, align GHOST SURGE before pressing and work patiently across each shape. Moderate heat should be reserved for curves and edges. Because monitors emit light while print reflects it, small colour variation is expected.
