With red black as its foundation, GLACIER RALLY turns the Honda plastics into a consistent personal race identity. The graphics are arranged to support the chosen number and rider name. Since panel geometry changes across models and years, the delivered version can differ in spacing from the motorcycle shown.
GLACIER RALLY fit and personalisation
The working file for GLACIER RALLY begins with the full Honda specification. Model, year and engine capacity identify the required outlines; rider name and race number then determine how the key zones are used. We review the fit around openings and hardware before print so personal information is not sacrificed during installation.
21 mil layered motocross material
Approximately 21 mil of material sits between the printed face and prepared plastic: 6 mil of aggressive adhesive media below and 15 mil of clear protective laminate above. Air-release channels help control the first placement. The outer layer then provides the main defence against ordinary scuffing, roost, sun and cleaning.
Compatible kit coverage
Depending on the submitted bike, GLACIER RALLY can include graphics for radiator shrouds, front and side number boards, airbox sections, both fenders, fork guards and suitable swingarm areas. Rider name and number personalisation are included. Optional logos need usable artwork and permission to reproduce them.
Preparation and colour note
Before applying GLACIER RALLY, remove previous adhesive and degrease every panel without leaving a waxed residue. Place the graphic lightly first, then build pressure as alignment is confirmed. Use heat carefully at compound curves. The final printed palette may look a little different under daylight than it does on screen.
