HYPER AXIS fit and personalisation
HYPER AXIS is not a pre-cut universal bundle. The supplied Honda model and year lead us to the correct template, with engine capacity used as an additional check. Name and number placement follows the shapes of that set, giving the finished graphics a more deliberate and usable layout.
21 mil layered motocross material
The material system is approximately 21 mil in total, formed by 6 mil printed adhesive media beneath a 15 mil clear overlaminate. Air channels support a more controlled application. The laminate protects the ink from routine abrasion and UV exposure while the aggressive base film provides the bond to clean plastics.
Compatible kit coverage
HYPER AXIS extends beyond a single decal into a model-dependent set for the major compatible plastics. The typical arrangement covers plates, shrouds, airbox, fenders, forks and swingarm areas. Rider identity is built into the graphics. We avoid reproducing restricted marks without valid customer rights and suitable files.
Preparation and colour note
Before applying HYPER AXIS, remove previous adhesive and degrease every panel without leaving a waxed residue. Place the graphic lightly first, then build pressure as alignment is confirmed. Use heat carefully at compound curves. The final printed palette may look a little different under daylight than it does on screen.
