It gives the number and name priority, then uses the remaining surfaces to hold the bike together visually. The reference motorcycle demonstrates the idea, not a universal cut pattern, because each order is tied to its own plastics.
HYPER RALLY fit and personalisation
To prepare HYPER RALLY, we need the exact Honda model, production year and engine capacity, plus the rider name and race number. These details determine the template and the safe areas around vents, bolt holes and panel edges. The artwork is checked on the relevant plastics before it moves into print.
21 mil layered motocross material
We print on a 6 mil adhesive base designed to hold on prepared motorcycle plastics. A premium 15 mil clear laminate seals the printed surface, bringing the total build to roughly 21 mil. The result feels substantially different from thin decorative vinyl and is prepared for mud, washing, sunlight and boot rub.
Compatible kit coverage
A complete HYPER RALLY layout connects the Honda’s major panels, including the shrouds and number areas, with matching treatment for compatible airbox, fender, fork and swingarm pieces. Name and number are designed into the kit. Additional artwork should be supplied in a clean format and with the right to use it.
Preparation and colour note
The best starting surface for HYPER RALLY is clean, dry and free of wax, silicone or glue residue. Position each section without rushing, then press progressively and warm only the areas that need help around curves. Printed material can never match every phone or monitor setting exactly.
