IRON RALLY gives the Honda plastics a measured black charcoal identity with enough contrast for the personalised number to do useful visual work. The kit is conceived as one connected set, so colour and rider details continue across the panels without depending on generic racing slogans. The picture introduces the direction, while real production follows the ordered motorcycle.
IRON RALLY fit and personalisation
The final IRON RALLY file is tied to the motorcycle named in the order. We confirm Honda model, year and capacity before placing the personal details. This sequence gives the number a usable area and allows the surrounding graphic elements to be adjusted for genuine contours, openings and attachment points.
21 mil layered motocross material
Durability comes from two separate layers: a 6 mil high-tack printable vinyl and a 15 mil transparent protective laminate. The combined thickness is about 21 mil. Air-release technology helps during positioning, while the outer layer takes much of the abrasion, UV exposure and cleaning associated with motocross use.
Compatible kit coverage
IRON RALLY is prepared as a coordinated kit for the primary visible plastics. The exact piece list depends on model and year, but normally spans shrouds, plates, airbox, fenders, fork guards and swingarm sections. Personalisation is included, while extra brand artwork is accepted only when it can be reproduced properly.
Preparation and colour note
Fit IRON RALLY in a clean environment on plastics that have been stripped of old adhesive and oily products. Check every reference point before committing the high-tack film, then use even pressure and limited heat. Real laminate, ink and ambient light can produce colour differences from a digital mock-up.
