IRON SURGE is a Honda graphics direction built around red black. It keeps the motorcycle’s identity clear while giving the plastics a purposeful custom finish. The rider number remains easy to recognise, and the design name provides the visual theme without relying on borrowed team branding or crowded sponsor copy.
IRON SURGE fit and personalisation
A clean fit depends on more than the brand name. IRON SURGE is prepared after the exact CRF model, year and capacity are confirmed, together with the name and number. The design can move slightly between generations so that its recognisable character survives without forcing artwork across unsuitable panel areas.
21 mil layered motocross material
A high-adhesion 6 mil base holds the printed colour, and a separate 15 mil clear laminate protects it. This brings the graphic stack to roughly 21 mil. The system is selected for motorcycle plastics, where edges, impact, grime and regular washing demand more protection than standard sign vinyl provides.
Compatible kit coverage
IRON SURGE links the panels that matter most when the motorcycle is viewed on track. Depending on model, that means front and side number areas, shrouds, airbox pieces, fenders, fork guards and swingarm faces. Personalisation is part of the package. Requested third-party branding must be lawful to reproduce and technically usable.
Preparation and colour note
For a reliable IRON SURGE bond, start with bare plastics free from oil, fuel film, polish and silicone. Dry-fit the pieces, check the edges and apply gradually so trapped air can escape. Gentle warmth is useful, but overstretching should be avoided. Display calibration can influence how colours are previewed online.
