Number visibility stays central to the layout. Because every plastic generation differs, the final artwork is prepared only after the correct bike information is confirmed.
JV fit and personalisation
The preview does not mean one shape fits every Honda. For JV, the submitted model and year are matched with the appropriate template, then the rider details are positioned around the real bodywork. Engine size also helps prevent a visually similar but incompatible plastic generation from being selected.
21 mil layered motocross material
We print on a 6 mil adhesive base designed to hold on prepared motorcycle plastics. A premium 15 mil clear laminate seals the printed surface, bringing the total build to roughly 21 mil. The result feels substantially different from thin decorative vinyl and is prepared for mud, washing, sunlight and boot rub.
Compatible kit coverage
Coverage for JV follows the components available on the chosen Honda: radiator areas, number panels, airbox pieces, fenders, fork protectors and swingarm graphics where appropriate. The rider name and race number form part of the order. Customer-supplied logos must be suitable and authorised for use.
Preparation and colour note
Before applying JV, remove previous adhesive and degrease every panel without leaving a waxed residue. Place the graphic lightly first, then build pressure as alignment is confirmed. Use heat carefully at compound curves. The final printed palette may look a little different under daylight than it does on screen.
