Your set is prepared for a specified Honda rather than cut as a generic sheet. Send the complete CRF model, manufacturing year, engine size, rider name and race number. We adapt the colour blocks and text spacing to the relevant bodywork. Different model generations may need small layout changes, but the red, blue and white Pulse theme remains intact.
The print is produced on 6 mil high-tack vinyl with air-release technology and covered with a premium 15 mil clear laminate. The combined material is approximately 21 mil thick. It is designed to provide colour protection and a firm surface for regular motocross or enduro use, including washing, sunlight, roost and abrasion.
Depending on fitment, the design covers radiator shrouds, number boards, airbox sections, front and rear fenders, fork guards and compatible swingarm areas. Rider personalisation is included. Extra permitted marks can be considered when suitable files are provided.
Clean and degrease the plastics thoroughly before fitting. Avoid polish, wax and silicone residue. Apply with controlled pressure and modest warmth on shaped sections. Monitor colours and printed colours can differ slightly because vinyl and laminate respond differently to light.
