LIO fit and personalisation
Accuracy starts with complete bike details. Once the Honda designation, year and capacity are received, LIO is adjusted for the corresponding shrouds and number panels. The rider name and chosen number are then balanced within those boundaries, with a proof available before production.
21 mil layered motocross material
The material system is approximately 21 mil in total, formed by 6 mil printed adhesive media beneath a 15 mil clear overlaminate. Air channels support a more controlled application. The laminate protects the ink from routine abrasion and UV exposure while the aggressive base film provides the bond to clean plastics.
Compatible kit coverage
LIO is prepared as a coordinated kit for the primary visible plastics. The exact piece list depends on model and year, but normally spans shrouds, plates, airbox, fenders, fork guards and swingarm sections. Personalisation is included, while extra brand artwork is accepted only when it can be reproduced properly.
Preparation and colour note
For a reliable LIO bond, start with bare plastics free from oil, fuel film, polish and silicone. Dry-fit the pieces, check the edges and apply gradually so trapped air can escape. Gentle warmth is useful, but overstretching should be avoided. Display calibration can influence how colours are previewed online.
