A clean fit depends on more than the brand name. NEON RALLY is prepared after the exact CRF model, year and capacity are confirmed, together with the name and number. The design can move slightly between generations so that its recognisable character survives without forcing artwork across unsuitable panel areas.
21 mil layered motocross material
Printing is completed on a 6 mil high-tack vinyl, followed by a 15 mil transparent laminate for an overall build of about 21 mil. Air-release channels reduce trapped air during careful fitting. Once installed on properly cleaned plastics, the layers protect against UV, mud, washing and routine abrasion.
Compatible kit coverage
NEON RALLY extends beyond a single decal into a model-dependent set for the major compatible plastics. The typical arrangement covers plates, shrouds, airbox, fenders, forks and swingarm areas. Rider identity is built into the graphics. We avoid reproducing restricted marks without valid customer rights and suitable files.
Preparation and colour note
Treat surface preparation as the first stage of the NEON RALLY installation. Remove glue, grease and detailing residue, let the panels dry and check orientation before applying pressure. Work gradually so air channels can function, adding only gentle warmth on shaped sections. Printed colour may shift slightly between indoor light, daylight and a calibrated screen.
