Each panel belongs to the same design family, from the shrouds to the rear of the bike. Production begins from model-specific artwork once the bike year and capacity are known.
POLAR TRACK fit and personalisation
POLAR TRACK is made to order from the motorcycle information supplied at checkout. Model, year, capacity, name and number are used to select the correct outlines and rebuild the spacing. This model-specific process is important because similar-looking CRF plastics can still have different cuts and fixing points.
21 mil layered motocross material
Beneath the finished design is a 6 mil adhesive print film; over the top is a 15 mil clear protective laminate. Their approximate 21 mil combined thickness gives the kit a firm, professional feel. It is designed to cope with the dirt, sunlight and repeated cleaning that a motocross motorcycle encounters.
Compatible kit coverage
Depending on the submitted bike, POLAR TRACK can include graphics for radiator shrouds, front and side number boards, airbox sections, both fenders, fork guards and suitable swingarm areas. Rider name and number personalisation are included. Optional logos need usable artwork and permission to reproduce them.
Preparation and colour note
Apply POLAR TRACK to plastics that have been carefully cleaned and allowed to dry. A light initial placement makes correction easier before the adhesive is pressed fully. Work outward and add modest heat only where necessary. Colour perception changes between screens, laminate surfaces and different types of real-world light.
