PULSE AXIS uses red black to give Honda bodywork a deliberate custom identity. The visual priority is the rider’s number, supported by consistent colour across the main panels. No universal sheet is pulled from stock: sizing and placement are prepared around the motorcycle information entered for the order.
PULSE AXIS fit and personalisation
The order form supplies the working brief for PULSE AXIS: motorcycle model, year, capacity, rider name and number. From there, the design is mapped to the correct plastics and checked around every critical opening. Confirming those details early reduces alignment problems when the kit is installed.
21 mil layered motocross material
Beneath the finished design is a 6 mil adhesive print film; over the top is a 15 mil clear protective laminate. Their approximate 21 mil combined thickness gives the kit a firm, professional feel. It is designed to cope with the dirt, sunlight and repeated cleaning that a motocross motorcycle encounters.
Compatible kit coverage
Piece count and shape vary by motorcycle, but PULSE AXIS is designed around the main race-visible surfaces. That can include number plates, radiator panels, airbox sections, fenders, fork guards and swingarm graphics. Custom name and number work are included, subject to the space offered by each template.
Preparation and colour note
Take time with the PULSE AXIS application. Start from clean plastics, verify orientation and let the air-release channels support a gradual press-down. Heat can soften the film around shaped areas, but excess temperature or stretching can distort it. Physical colour should be judged under real light, not from one screen alone.
