PULSE RALLY approaches Honda motocross graphics with a red black palette and a clean, rider-led identity. Instead of filling every surface with text, the composition leaves useful breathing room around the name and number. This makes the bike recognisable in a paddock, on a start gate or in photographs.
PULSE RALLY fit and personalisation
Before PULSE RALLY reaches the printer, the bike information is reviewed against the available plastic templates. The Honda model, production year and engine size guide the outlines, while the rider name and race number guide the hierarchy. This is how the personalised parts remain readable on the finished motorcycle.
21 mil layered motocross material
Beneath the finished design is a 6 mil adhesive print film; over the top is a 15 mil clear protective laminate. Their approximate 21 mil combined thickness gives the kit a firm, professional feel. It is designed to cope with the dirt, sunlight and repeated cleaning that a motocross motorcycle encounters.
Compatible kit coverage
The selected Honda determines which PULSE RALLY pieces are produced. Common panels include radiator shrouds, front and side boards, airbox, fenders, fork protection and swingarm sections. The ordered name and race number are included. Non-standard logos can be considered when clear authorised artwork is available.
Preparation and colour note
For PULSE RALLY to settle correctly, apply it to dry plastics free of oil, wax, silicone and old adhesive. Establish alignment before the high-tack layer is pressed down, then move across the panel in controlled strokes. Avoid unnecessary stretching. A digital preview and laminated print can show small, normal colour differences.
