PULSE SURGE gives the Honda plastics a measured red black identity with enough contrast for the personalised number to do useful visual work. The kit is conceived as one connected set, so colour and rider details continue across the panels without depending on generic racing slogans. The picture introduces the direction, while real production follows the ordered motorcycle.
PULSE SURGE fit and personalisation
The preview does not mean one shape fits every Honda. For PULSE SURGE, the submitted model and year are matched with the appropriate template, then the rider details are positioned around the real bodywork. Engine size also helps prevent a visually similar but incompatible plastic generation from being selected.
21 mil layered motocross material
The 21 mil specification is achieved through a layered system rather than one heavy sheet. A 6 mil aggressive adhesive film provides print and bond, while a 15 mil clear overlaminate supplies surface protection. That balance supports colour, controlled installation and durability through ordinary off-road riding conditions.
Compatible kit coverage
The selected Honda determines which PULSE SURGE pieces are produced. Common panels include radiator shrouds, front and side boards, airbox, fenders, fork protection and swingarm sections. The ordered name and race number are included. Non-standard logos can be considered when clear authorised artwork is available.
Preparation and colour note
Install PULSE SURGE only after old glue, grease, wax and silicone have been removed from the plastics. Test alignment before firm pressure and use moderate heat around difficult curves rather than stretching the vinyl aggressively. Screen settings and real lighting can make printed colours appear slightly different from the preview.
