With purple black as its foundation, RAPTOR RALLY turns the Honda plastics into a consistent personal race identity. The graphics are arranged to support the chosen number and rider name. Since panel geometry changes across models and years, the delivered version can differ in spacing from the motorcycle shown.
RAPTOR RALLY fit and personalisation
A RAPTOR RALLY order moves from bike identification to artwork, not the other way around. The Honda model, year, capacity and any non-standard plastics are checked first. Only then are the name and number set into the available areas. This keeps the design recognisable while respecting the selected bodywork.
21 mil layered motocross material
The print layer uses aggressive 6 mil adhesive film with air-release channels, then receives a clear 15 mil overlaminate. Together they create an approximate 21 mil construction. This layered build is intended to protect colour during off-road use, including exposure to sunlight, regular washing, dirt, roost and contact from riding gear.
Compatible kit coverage
RAPTOR RALLY is prepared as a coordinated kit for the primary visible plastics. The exact piece list depends on model and year, but normally spans shrouds, plates, airbox, fenders, fork guards and swingarm sections. Personalisation is included, while extra brand artwork is accepted only when it can be reproduced properly.
Preparation and colour note
The best starting surface for RAPTOR RALLY is clean, dry and free of wax, silicone or glue residue. Position each section without rushing, then press progressively and warm only the areas that need help around curves. Printed material can never match every phone or monitor setting exactly.
