RAPTOR SURGE fit and personalisation
Accuracy starts with complete bike details. Once the Honda designation, year and capacity are received, RAPTOR SURGE is adjusted for the corresponding shrouds and number panels. The rider name and chosen number are then balanced within those boundaries, with a proof available before production.
21 mil layered motocross material
Printing is completed on a 6 mil high-tack vinyl, followed by a 15 mil transparent laminate for an overall build of about 21 mil. Air-release channels reduce trapped air during careful fitting. Once installed on properly cleaned plastics, the layers protect against UV, mud, washing and routine abrasion.
Compatible kit coverage
A RAPTOR SURGE order is prepared to make the separate Honda panels read as one kit. Compatible coverage normally links shrouds and number boards with airbox, fender, fork guard and swingarm graphics. Rider name and number customisation are standard parts of the brief, not last-minute additions.
Preparation and colour note
Good preparation has a direct effect on the life of RAPTOR SURGE. Work on clean, dry plastics at a suitable temperature, confirm the position of each piece and press from the centre outward. Controlled warmth can assist shaped areas. Minor colour differences between a backlit display and physical print are normal.
