RAPTOR TRACK fit and personalisation
Accuracy starts with complete bike details. Once the Honda designation, year and capacity are received, RAPTOR TRACK is adjusted for the corresponding shrouds and number panels. The rider name and chosen number are then balanced within those boundaries, with a proof available before production.
21 mil layered motocross material
The graphics are built from 6 mil air-release adhesive vinyl and a 15 mil clear overlaminate. At approximately 21 mil overall, the construction adds protection without changing the underlying plastic fit. It helps the printed surface stand up to sunlight, dirt impact, normal cleaning and contact around the rider’s boots.
Compatible kit coverage
Coverage for RAPTOR TRACK follows the components available on the chosen Honda: radiator areas, number panels, airbox pieces, fenders, fork protectors and swingarm graphics where appropriate. The rider name and race number form part of the order. Customer-supplied logos must be suitable and authorised for use.
Preparation and colour note
Before RAPTOR TRACK is fitted, the Honda bodywork should be free of grease, wax, silicone and adhesive residue. Mark useful alignment points and avoid forcing a piece that has drifted off position. Low, controlled heat helps with curves. Slight screen-to-print colour changes are part of the physical production process.
