REDLINE RALLY uses red black to give Honda bodywork a deliberate custom identity. The visual priority is the rider’s number, supported by consistent colour across the main panels. No universal sheet is pulled from stock: sizing and placement are prepared around the motorcycle information entered for the order.

REDLINE RALLY fit and personalisation

For REDLINE RALLY, fitment and personalisation are handled together. The exact Honda details identify the plastic set, then the name and number are arranged within its usable zones. This method protects the visual balance and avoids placing important elements where a vent, bolt or edge will interrupt them.

21 mil layered motocross material

The material is a two-part 21 mil system: roughly 6 mil of high-tack printable vinyl plus 15 mil of premium clear protection. It is intended for prepared off-road plastics. The combination supports strong colour and gives the face of the decal a durable shield against roost, dirt, sun and normal maintenance.

Compatible kit coverage

For the chosen plastic generation, REDLINE RALLY is supplied across the main compatible components rather than as one small accent. Coverage commonly spans plates, radiator panels, airbox sections, both fenders, fork protectors and swingarm zones. The name and race number are incorporated during setup, with extra artwork assessed separately.

Preparation and colour note

Before applying REDLINE RALLY, remove previous adhesive and degrease every panel without leaving a waxed residue. Place the graphic lightly first, then build pressure as alignment is confirmed. Use heat carefully at compound curves. The final printed palette may look a little different under daylight than it does on screen.
