Since panel geometry changes across models and years, the delivered version can differ in spacing from the motorcycle shown.
ROGUE SURGE fit and personalisation
The final ROGUE SURGE file is tied to the motorcycle named in the order. We confirm Honda model, year and capacity before placing the personal details. This sequence gives the number a usable area and allows the surrounding graphic elements to be adjusted for genuine contours, openings and attachment points.
21 mil layered motocross material
A motocross kit needs more than bright ink. These graphics place the design on 6 mil high-adhesion vinyl and cover it with 15 mil of clear protective laminate. At around 21 mil combined, the stack is made for repeated riding and cleaning, with resistance to roost, sunlight and normal surface wear.
Compatible kit coverage
For the matching Honda plastics, ROGUE SURGE normally covers the shroud set, front and side plates, airbox areas, front and rear fenders, fork guards and relevant swingarm faces. Personal rider information is prepared with the rest of the artwork. Any optional logo must be supplied in a usable, authorised form.
Preparation and colour note
Treat surface preparation as the first stage of the ROGUE SURGE installation. Remove glue, grease and detailing residue, let the panels dry and check orientation before applying pressure. Work gradually so air channels can function, adding only gentle warmth on shaped sections. Printed colour may shift slightly between indoor light, daylight and a calibrated screen.
