It gives the number and name priority, then uses the remaining surfaces to hold the bike together visually. The reference motorcycle demonstrates the idea, not a universal cut pattern, because each order is tied to its own plastics.
ROGUE TRACK fit and personalisation
Before ROGUE TRACK reaches the printer, the bike information is reviewed against the available plastic templates. The Honda model, production year and engine size guide the outlines, while the rider name and race number guide the hierarchy. This is how the personalised parts remain readable on the finished motorcycle.
21 mil layered motocross material
The protective system starts with a printable 6 mil high-tack film and finishes with a separate 15 mil clear laminate. Their total thickness is approximately 21 mil. This construction combines strong colour with a surface intended for off-road realities such as airborne dirt, ultraviolet light, routine washing and contact around the rider and motorcycle.
Compatible kit coverage
The available ROGUE TRACK pieces are determined by the selected plastic set. In most cases the kit reaches the shrouds, front plate, side plates, airbox, fenders, fork guards and swingarm zones. Rider details are included in the layout. Extra logos are reviewed for file quality and reproduction rights.
Preparation and colour note
When installing ROGUE TRACK, use clean panels and patient alignment rather than excessive heat. Press the film in stages so air can leave through the channels, then inspect the edges once the piece has settled. Variations between monitor calibration and the actual printed material may be visible.
