ROYAL AXIS fit and personalisation
ROYAL AXIS follows a made-to-fit workflow. You provide the Honda specification and personal details; we select the relevant panel geometry and adapt the graphic elements around it. Changes in scale or spacing are intentional when needed for a different CRF year, not evidence of a different design.
21 mil layered motocross material
Printing is completed on a 6 mil high-tack vinyl, followed by a 15 mil transparent laminate for an overall build of about 21 mil. Air-release channels reduce trapped air during careful fitting. Once installed on properly cleaned plastics, the layers protect against UV, mud, washing and routine abrasion.
Compatible kit coverage
For the matching Honda plastics, ROYAL AXIS normally covers the shroud set, front and side plates, airbox areas, front and rear fenders, fork guards and relevant swingarm faces. Personal rider information is prepared with the rest of the artwork. Any optional logo must be supplied in a usable, authorised form.
Preparation and colour note
Before ROYAL AXIS is fitted, the Honda bodywork should be free of grease, wax, silicone and adhesive residue. Mark useful alignment points and avoid forcing a piece that has drifted off position. Low, controlled heat helps with curves. Slight screen-to-print colour changes are part of the physical production process.
