21 mil layered motocross material
For a substantial MX finish, the artwork is printed on aggressive 6 mil film and sealed below 15 mil of clear laminate. The total is close to 21 mil. Air channels make initial placement more manageable, and the laminate acts as the main barrier against abrasion, ultraviolet exposure and repeated wash cycles.

The exact piece list depends on model and year, but normally spans shrouds, plates, airbox, fenders, fork guards and swingarm sections. Personalisation is included, while extra brand artwork is accepted only when it can be reproduced properly.
Preparation and colour note
Take time with the ROYAL TRACK application. Start from clean plastics, verify orientation and let the air-release channels support a gradual press-down. Heat can soften the film around shaped areas, but excess temperature or stretching can distort it. Physical colour should be judged under real light, not from one screen alone.
