The finished shapes depend on the motorcycle, not simply the brand badge. Send the complete Honda or CRF model designation, production year, engine size or capacity, rider name and race number. We select the matching plastic template and adapt spacing for that generation before the personalised artwork moves into production.
ROYAL ZENITH uses a 6 mil adhesive print film beneath a 15 mil clear laminate. Together, these layers create an approximately 21 mil total construction. The laminate protects the printed surface during expected motocross use, including dirt, normal washing and contact from boots or riding equipment.
Coverage and fitting notes
Available pieces vary by model. Compatible kits can include radiator shrouds, number boards, airbox sections, both fenders, fork guards and suitable swingarm graphics. The rider name and race number are arranged to remain readable on the specific panels supplied by the selected template.
Fit the set to clean, dry plastics at a comfortable temperature. Old adhesive, polish, oil, fuel residue and silicone cleaners must be removed first. Align larger pieces at several reference points before applying full pressure, and use gentle heat only to settle the material around curves. Grey tones can shift slightly between calibrated print and different screens or lighting conditions.
