SCARLET SURGE follows a made-to-fit workflow. You provide the Honda specification and personal details; we select the relevant panel geometry and adapt the graphic elements around it. Changes in scale or spacing are intentional when needed for a different CRF year, not evidence of a different design.
21 mil layered motocross material
The material is a two-part 21 mil system: roughly 6 mil of high-tack printable vinyl plus 15 mil of premium clear protection. It is intended for prepared off-road plastics. The combination supports strong colour and gives the face of the decal a durable shield against roost, dirt, sun and normal maintenance.
Compatible kit coverage
Coverage for SCARLET SURGE follows the components available on the chosen Honda: radiator areas, number panels, airbox pieces, fenders, fork protectors and swingarm graphics where appropriate. The rider name and race number form part of the order. Customer-supplied logos must be suitable and authorised for use.
Preparation and colour note
Apply SCARLET SURGE to plastics that have been carefully cleaned and allowed to dry. A light initial placement makes correction easier before the adhesive is pressed fully. Work outward and add modest heat only where necessary. Colour perception changes between screens, laminate surfaces and different types of real-world light.
