Honda SCARLET ZENITH Custom Kit
SCARLET ZENITH leans into a deep red and black race identity, with the richer red used to frame the personalised number instead of overwhelming it. Crisp separations make the kit easy to recognise in motion, while the absence of unnecessary sponsor text leaves room for the rider details to matter.
Built for one identified bike
This graphics kit is not cut from a universal Honda outline. The order must include the exact Honda or CRF model designation, production year, engine size or capacity, rider name and race number. With those inputs, we match the relevant bodywork template and adjust the artwork around its vents, fixing points and changing panel proportions.
A 6 mil adhesive print film forms the coloured base. It is finished with a 15 mil clear laminate, giving the complete material an approximately 21 mil total thickness. The layered surface is intended for motocross use and offers protection for the print during normal riding, cleaning, dirt exposure and gear contact.
Panels and preparation
The exact set follows the compatible plastics on the specified motorcycle. It can include shrouds, front and side number panels, airbox pieces, front and rear fenders, fork guards and appropriate swingarm areas. Personalisation is integrated before printing so it follows the same visual system as the rest of the design.
Before application, remove previous glue and thoroughly degrease every panel. Avoid wax, polish and silicone-based products, then let the plastics dry. Position each piece without stretching, press progressively and use only moderate warmth on difficult contours. The preview communicates the design, but real printed reds can vary slightly under different lighting.
