The red black treatment of SOLAR AXIS gives a Honda a strong visual theme while keeping the custom rider information legible. Each panel belongs to the same design family, from the shrouds to the rear of the bike. Production begins from model-specific artwork once the bike year and capacity are known.
SOLAR AXIS fit and personalisation
Production files for SOLAR AXIS are created only after the bike is identified precisely. We check model, year and engine capacity, then integrate the rider information into the matching outlines. If plastics have been changed from standard, that should be mentioned so the correct basis can be confirmed.
21 mil layered motocross material
For a substantial MX finish, the artwork is printed on aggressive 6 mil film and sealed below 15 mil of clear laminate. The total is close to 21 mil. Air channels make initial placement more manageable, and the laminate acts as the main barrier against abrasion, ultraviolet exposure and repeated wash cycles.
Compatible kit coverage
A SOLAR AXIS order is prepared to make the separate Honda panels read as one kit. Compatible coverage normally links shrouds and number boards with airbox, fender, fork guard and swingarm graphics. Rider name and number customisation are standard parts of the brief, not last-minute additions.
Preparation and colour note
Treat surface preparation as the first stage of the SOLAR AXIS installation. Remove glue, grease and detailing residue, let the panels dry and check orientation before applying pressure. Work gradually so air channels can function, adding only gentle warmth on shaped sections. Printed colour may shift slightly between indoor light, daylight and a calibrated screen.
