Built around red black, the SOLAR RALLY concept is intended to make a Honda feel personal from every normal viewing angle. It gives the number and name priority, then uses the remaining surfaces to hold the bike together visually. The reference motorcycle demonstrates the idea, not a universal cut pattern, because each order is tied to its own plastics.
SOLAR RALLY fit and personalisation
SOLAR RALLY is made to order from the motorcycle information supplied at checkout. Model, year, capacity, name and number are used to select the correct outlines and rebuild the spacing. This model-specific process is important because similar-looking CRF plastics can still have different cuts and fixing points.
21 mil layered motocross material
A motocross kit needs more than bright ink. These graphics place the design on 6 mil high-adhesion vinyl and cover it with 15 mil of clear protective laminate. At around 21 mil combined, the stack is made for repeated riding and cleaning, with resistance to roost, sunlight and normal surface wear.
Compatible kit coverage
SOLAR RALLY is arranged for full compatible coverage, with the actual components governed by the Honda model and plastics. The usual set combines shrouds, number panels, airbox sections, both fenders, fork guards and swingarm decals. Personalisation is included; protected marks require appropriate authorisation.
Preparation and colour note
Before SOLAR RALLY is fitted, the Honda bodywork should be free of grease, wax, silicone and adhesive residue. Mark useful alignment points and avoid forcing a piece that has drifted off position. Low, controlled heat helps with curves. Slight screen-to-print colour changes are part of the physical production process.
