SOLAR TRACK uses grey black to give Honda bodywork a deliberate custom identity. The visual priority is the rider’s number, supported by consistent colour across the main panels. No universal sheet is pulled from stock: sizing and placement are prepared around the motorcycle information entered for the order.
SOLAR TRACK fit and personalisation
The final SOLAR TRACK file is tied to the motorcycle named in the order. We confirm Honda model, year and capacity before placing the personal details. This sequence gives the number a usable area and allows the surrounding graphic elements to be adjusted for genuine contours, openings and attachment points.
21 mil layered motocross material
Printing is completed on a 6 mil high-tack vinyl, followed by a 15 mil transparent laminate for an overall build of about 21 mil. Air-release channels reduce trapped air during careful fitting. Once installed on properly cleaned plastics, the layers protect against UV, mud, washing and routine abrasion.
Compatible kit coverage
Depending on the submitted bike, SOLAR TRACK can include graphics for radiator shrouds, front and side number boards, airbox sections, both fenders, fork guards and suitable swingarm areas. Rider name and number personalisation are included. Optional logos need usable artwork and permission to reproduce them.
Preparation and colour note
A careful installation protects the finish of SOLAR TRACK. Old glue and detailing products must be removed, and the panels should be checked for damage before application. Align first, press second and heat sparingly. The printed result can vary subtly from the online image because devices display colour differently.
