STEEL RALLY fit and personalisation
To prepare STEEL RALLY, we need the exact Honda model, production year and engine capacity, plus the rider name and race number. These details determine the template and the safe areas around vents, bolt holes and panel edges. The artwork is checked on the relevant plastics before it moves into print.
21 mil layered motocross material
The material system is approximately 21 mil in total, formed by 6 mil printed adhesive media beneath a 15 mil clear overlaminate. Air channels support a more controlled application. The laminate protects the ink from routine abrasion and UV exposure while the aggressive base film provides the bond to clean plastics.
Compatible kit coverage
Rather than stopping at the number boards, STEEL RALLY is intended to carry the visual theme over the main compatible bodywork. Shrouds, airbox panels, fenders, fork guards and swingarm areas can join the front and side plates. Your chosen name and number are included in the design service.
Preparation and colour note
A careful installation protects the finish of STEEL RALLY. Old glue and detailing products must be removed, and the panels should be checked for damage before application. Align first, press second and heat sparingly. The printed result can vary subtly from the online image because devices display colour differently.
