Details that determine the fit
Send the exact Honda or CRF model designation, production year, engine size or capacity, rider name and race number. We do not treat one CRF outline as suitable for every year. The supplied information guides template selection and allows the graphic to be adjusted around the correct vents, panel joins and mounting positions.
The kit uses a 6 mil adhesive print film underneath a 15 mil clear laminate. Together, the layers form an approximately 21 mil total construction. This firm build helps protect the printed surface during ordinary motocross use, dirt exposure, washing and regular contact around the bike.
Coverage and installation approach
Coverage is specific to the model and available plastics. Compatible pieces may include radiator shrouds, number panels, airbox sections, front and rear fenders, fork guards and suitable swingarm graphics. The rider name and number are integrated into the composition before printing.
Good preparation makes a visible difference. Remove old adhesive and eliminate oil, grease, fuel residue, wax, polish and silicone products. Let the panels dry, align the larger pieces carefully and press outward in stages. Use controlled warmth only where contours require it, without pulling the design out of shape. Screen colour is a guide, and the laminated print can look slightly different in natural light.
